Everyone at Kendall Toyota takes customer service seriously. Every, and I mean every effort is made to keep the customer satisfied. I have purchased new cars, new trucks, and used cars. I use the service facilities exclusively. Both sales and service continually rate as 10 on a 10 scale. People remember my name, check to see that everything has been done to my satisfaction, and follow up when needed. I can't imagine ever using another dealership for either purchasing or maintaining a vehicle.
James Shelton was very informative about the Scion XD we bought and was very helpful in helping us decide which vehicle we were going to buy. He was honest about each of the ones we looked at. Kendall is wonderful in general. They try very hard and overall our experiences are great. We have had an ongoing issue with our new Prius V. We purchased it with the Entune system and then purchased iPhones at the suggestion of the salesman because they would be compatible. They are not and this information wasn't available through any printed source. At best the iPhone can now work with Entune in a way that is totally not user-friendly and no one would use them.
