We choose to work with Will because of his professionalism, in-depth knowledge about the cars he sells, and his willingness to go the extra mile after the sale to make sure we are happy with our automobile. In fact, on the Highlander purchase, working with Will was a key factor in the automobile that we purchased. We had considered Volvo and the XC 90 SUV. However, we found the sales people and high-pressure shenanigans at the competing dealership so distasteful we went back to Will Baas right away and decided on the Highlander. Will went the extra mile to locate a Highlander in the specific color, interior and trim we wanted. Can’t say enough good things about Will Baas at Kendall Toyota. We will continue to purchase all our automobiles from him.

Kind and friendly Staff is great service
It was a great experience. I want out to buy a used 2018 and came home with a new 2019. I drove it to Portland (200 miles round trip) yesterday and got over 47 MPG. I am very happy with the car and the treatment by the sales person. THANK A LOT TOYOTA.
